What is your return policy?
We accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of adult products, we cannot accept returns of products you used but were unsatisfied with. Further, if you opened the shrink wrap of your Autoblow 2, we cannot accept it as a return as it cannot be resold.
If you choose to return your unopened product, you are responsible for the shipping cost to get it back to us, and we will not refund the shipping cost you paid to have it shipped to you. Additionally, there will be a 5% re-stocking fee on the price of the product.
We are known, though, in this industry, for sending out generous discount codes to people legitimately unhappy with a purchase, to use on a future purchase. Just ask (and be nice!).
In the case of a return, we will issue you an RMA number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Contact us using the “contact us” link on the bottom of this site to request an RMA number. The item being returned must include the original packing slip and all product packaging materials.
